Доводиться, що основними умовами для формування ефективного прикордонного законодавства є забезпечення достатньої кількості й високої якості нормативно-правових актів, а також розроблення Концепції розвитку законодавства у сфері діяльності Держприкордонслужби України. In the article the perspectives of the development of legislation governing the operational and service activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine are analyzed.
