Одним з основних завдань охорони земель є збереження землі як найважливішого компонента довкілля та природного ресурсу. Правові питання щодо збереження земель лісогосподарського призначення на сьогоднішній день є дуже актуальними, особливо в умовах погіршення та зміни якісного стану земельних ресурсів. Як відомо, земля виступає основним засобом виробництва, фундаментальним природним ресурсом, отже, збереження земель є важливим не лише для їхньої охорони, а також для збереження єдиної екологічної системи, невід'ємною частиною якої є всі земельні ресурси на території України. The article is devoted to the issues of conservation of forestry lands and forests of Ukraine. It is emphasized that the problem of land protection and nature protection in general remains acute and relevant for more than a dozen years. One of the main tasks of land protection is the preservation of land as the most important component of the environment and natural resource. Legal issues regarding the preservation of forestry land are very relevant today, especially in conditions of deterioration and changes in the quality of land resources.
