Проведено оцінку динаміки туристичних потоків, показників активності готельних, ресторанних і туристичних підприємств на сучасному етапі. Досліджено особливості впливу туристичної діяльності на розвиток готельно-ресторанної сфери в сучасних умовах. В ході аналізу встановлено, що за останні 5 років в цих галузях економіки знизилися основні показники активності і спостерігаються ознаки занепаду. Under modern conditions of business operating, an analysis of environment of an enterprise, features of development of the socio-economic system and of the economic country complex is getting more and more important. This is an initial phase in the formation of strategy and mechanisms of activity of the enterprise, including real actual problems and perspective directions of development of the industries, regions and country in the whole. A hotel-restaurant economy is the important constituent of pertaining to national economy complex, sphere of hospitality and one of staples of market of the tourist services. Tourist demand stimulates economic activity of the enterprises of hospitality industry and influences on the socio-economic development of the country regions.uk-UAArticle
