Завданням цього дослідження є здійснення теоретичного та юридичного аналізу сутності та специфіки державного регулювання іноземних інвестицій в Україні.The article examines the peculiarities of state regulation of foreign investments in Ukraine is necessary and topical for today, because it is through its study and analysis that the necessary scientific foundation will be developed to identify certain ways of improving legislation in this area. Taking into account this, the problems of legal regulation of foreign investments in Ukraine, their forms and types, the peculiarities of state registration and guarantees of implementation are important in the context of the theoretical study of investment activity under the economic legislation of Ukraine.
