Доведено, що насильство в місцях несвободи становить підвищену суспільну небезпеку. Саме його прояви посягають не тільки на правосуддя, діяльність адміністрації установ виконання покарань, а головним чином воно посягає на найвищі соціальні цінності – людину, її життя і здоров’я, недоторканність і безпеку. The article reveals the problem of violence in places of non-freedom as an integral complex phenomenon. It is proved that a violence in places of non-freedom has increased social danger.
