З науково-історичної позиціїце консервативне прагнення, оскільки спрямоване не на заміщення наявних виявів уявно оригінальними, а на консолідацію правознавства, а також революційне, адже спрямоване на новий шлях правознавства: реалізувати дослідницьку програму означає безперервне (постійне) дослідження, отже, відмову від певних коливань модними течіями між забутим і нововідкритим, означає розуміти правознавство підкреслено як науку, а отже, поворот від політизованої «наради, де приймаються рішення». The purposeof the article is to present a research program of jurisprudence.
