У статті розглянуто сфери застосування основних конвенцій із вирішення спорів міжнародним арбітражем, зокрема Конвенції про виконання іноземних арбітражних рішень від 1958 року, Європейської конвенції про зовнішньоторговельний арбітраж від 1961 року, Міжамериканської конвенції про міжнародний комерційний арбітраж від 1975 року. This article is devoted to a comparative legal analysis of regulations that govern the procedure for resolving disputes by international arbitration.
