Звертається увага на відсутність у Законі України «Про професійні спілки, їх права та гарантії діяльності» спеціальної норми про функції профспілок. При цьому останні необхідно виокремлювати від передбачених Законом повноважень профспілок, їх об’єднань. Attention is drawn to the absence of a special regulation on the functions of trade unions in the Law of Ukraine «On Trade Unions, Their Rights and Guarantees of Activity».
