There are also negative circumstances that today require rethinking and adapting the activities of the prosecutor’s office to new, extreme conditions, namely the need to counter the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. These and other circumstances determine the formation of updated principles of the prosecutor’s activity.З огляду на зміни, які відбуваються в правовому житті держави, розвиток науково-технічного прогресу, процеси реформування правоохоронних органів, підвищення ефективності діяльності прокурора в кримінальному провадженні є актуальним завданням.
