У роботі представлено управлінські кроки здійснення депозитної політики банку, досліджено тенденції розвитку депозитного та кредитного ринків України, розглянуто ризики, з якими стикається банк під час залучення ресурсів та запропоновані методи управління ними, розроблено управлінські заходи стосовно вдосконалення розвитку депозитної політики банків України. The paper is devoted to studying trends in the deposit market of Ukraine and establishing the relationship between the bank's deposit portfolio and strengthening its credit positions. This topic is relevant today, since the security of the deposit base is the key to the sustainable operation of banks in the crisis economy of Ukraine. The purpose of the paper is to study trends in the development of deposit activities of the banking system of Ukraine, establish the interdependence between the deposit resources of banks and the volume of credit operations to develop effective management measures aimed at developing work in the field of raising funds, taking into account the risk factor, to strengthen the credit potential of banking institutions in the context of the crisis state of the Ukrainian economy.uk-UAArticle
