Звертається увага, що попри відсутність законодавчого закріплення цього поняття, визначення його змісту стало предметом низки наукових публікацій різних галузей знань. Проте представники різних наукових шкіл дещо по різному визначають зміст взаємодії, оскільки зміст взаємодії залежить як від специфіки виконуваної діяльності, так і специфіки суб’єктів взаємодії. Окрім того, акцентується на тому, що й серед науковців, які безпосередньо досліджували зміст поняття взаємодії між слідчим та оперативними підрозділами немає єдності щодо змісту цього поняття. Відповідно у статті поняття взаємодії досліджується як з огляду на загальне поняття взаємодії, так і безпосередньо взаємодії слідчого з оперативними підрозділами. In the article analyzed the main doctrinal approaches to defining the concept of interaction between investigative and operative units. Attention is drawn to the fact that despite the lack of legal consolidation of this concept, the definition of its content has become the subject of a number of scientific publications in various fields of knowledge. However, representatives of different scientific schools define the content of interaction somewhat differently, since the content of interaction depends both on the specifics of the performed activity and the specifics of the subjects of interaction. In addition, it is emphasized that even among scientists who have directly studied the meaning of the concept of interaction between investigative and operative units, there is no unity regarding the meaning of this concept. Accordingly, the article examines the concept of interaction both with regard to the general concept of interaction and directly to the interaction of the investigator with operative units.uk-UAArticle
