Автором узагальнено основні методологічні підходи до розуміння механізму правового регулювання. У межах інструментального підходу сформульовано визначення механізму правового регулювання, виокремлено його ознаки та складові елементи, зокрема норми права. На основі вивчення загальних і специфічних ознак спеціалізованих норм права удосконалено дефініцію останніх. Завдяки дослідженню функцій і практики реалізації видів спеціалізованих норм права з’ясовано їх вагому роль у механізмі правового регулювання. Враховуючи, що правова система України потребує підвищення ефективності правового регулювання суспільних відносин, дисертантом запропоновано напрями вдосконалення спеціалізованих норм права. The abstract of dissertation is devoted to the research of specialized norms of the law as a necessary and important element of the mechanism of legal regulation. The basic methodological approaches to understanding of the mechanism of legal regulation were generalized. The definition of the mechanism of legal regulation within the framework of instrumental approach was made. On the basis of study of general and specific signs of the specialized norms of the law the definition thereof was improved. Due to research of the functions and practice of realization, the important role of the specialized legal norms in the mechanism of legal regulation was defined.
