З’ясовано, що застосування норм є однією з найважливіших форм реалізації права соціального захисту, мірилом його ефективності. Сьогодні можна виокремити три концептуальні підходи до розуміння поняття правозастосування: як особливої форми реалізації норм права, яка здійснюється державними та громадськими організаціями в межах їх компетенції у формі владно-організуючої діяльності з конкретизації норми права; як владної діяльності органів держави чи інших органів, повноваження яких делегує держава, які видають індивідуальні акти на основі норм права; як форми реалізації норм права, яка включає юридично-організаційну діяльність держави із втілення правових норм щодо конкретних суб’єктів. The article under discussion deals with theoretical and legal approaches to understanding the concept of application of social protection law. It has been ascertained that the application of norms is one of the most important forms of implementation of social protection law, a measure of its effectiveness. Today, there are three conceptual approaches to understanding the concept of law enforcement: as a peculiar form of implementation of the norms of law, which is administered by state and non-state organizations within their competence in the form of government-organizing activities, with the aim of specifying the norms of law; as a power activity of sate and other bodies, whose authorities are delegated by the state and which issue individual acts on the basis of the norms of law; as a form of implementation of the norms of law, which includes state’s legal and organizational activities regarding the implementation of the norms of law on specific subjects.
