Участь у цій війні проти України, поряд з кадровими військовослужбовцями Російської Федерації, приймають озброєні загони бойовиків так званих «Донецької та Луганської народних республік», найманці приватної військової компанії «Вагнер». Повномасштабне вторгнення Російської Федерації в Україну 24 лютого 2022 року стало наслідком окупації ворогом однієї п’ятої частини її території в адміністративно-територіальних межах частин Київської, Чернігівської, Сумської, Херсонської, Запорізької, Миколаївської, Донецької та Луганської областей. Раніше була анексована територія Автономної Республіки Крим. The events that have taken place in Ukraine over the past nine years testify to the existence of a new type of social relations in the conditions of an armed conflict – a hybrid war, the purpose of which is the violent change of the constitutional system of Ukraine, the seizure of state power, the change of the borders of the territory of Ukraine and the illegal existence of state entities . Armed detachments of fighters from the so-called “Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics”, mercenaries of the private military company “Wagner”, are taking part in this war against Ukraine, along with regular servicemen of the Russian Federation. The full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine on February 24, 2022 was the result of the enemy occupying one-fifth of its territory within the administrative-territorial boundaries of parts of the Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kherson, Zaporizhzhya, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.
