Окреслено коло осіб, які можуть здійснювати представництво юридичної особи, зокрема, в господарських судах України через представника – адвоката; самопредставництво через керівника або члена виконавчого органу; через осіб, які мають із такою юридичною особою трудові відносини. The special features of the foreign persons’ representation in economic courts of Ukraine are a subject of the investigation of this article. The range of persons who may represent a legal entity, in particular, in the economic courts of Ukraine is outlined an attorney as a representative; selfrepresentation through the head or member of the legal entity’s executive body; legal entity’s employees. The ability to be represented by both foreign representatives and representatives from Ukraine is a special feature of the representation of foreign persons in the commercial courts of Ukraine.
