З’ясовано сутність наукового опрацювання теми дослідження, окреслено його методологію. У роботі визначено конституційно-правовий статус дитини в Україні та його елементи. Розглянуто правосуб’єктність дитини, права, свободи та обов’язки дитини. Охарактеризовано принципи та гарантії конституційно-правового статусу дитини та запропоновано їх класифікацію. Досліджено нормативні та інституційні форми захисту конституційно-правового статусу дитини. У дисертації сформульовано низку теоретичних положень, практичних висновків та рекомендацій, які спрямовані на розвиток і вдосконалення конституційно-правового статусу дитини в Україні. In the thesis, based on the analysis of historical and legal documents, legislations, is observed the history of development of constitutional legal status of the child in Ukraine. The essence of scientific study of the research topic is found out, its methodology is defined. The paper identified the constitutional and legal status of the child in Ukraine and its elements by analysing the scientists’ views. Child’s legal personality, rights, freedoms and duties are considered. The principles and guarantees of constitutional and legal status of the child are characterized and their classification is offered. Standard and institutional forms of protection of the constitutional and legal status of the child are analysed.
