Доведено, що команди з управління про- єктами повинні навчитися працювати з бізнес-аспектами, краще підтримувати бізнес-стратегію та стабільність. Визначено, що стратегічний менеджмент проєктів ще не широко використовується як підхід у практиці реалізації проєктів. Констатовано, що однією з концепцій стратегічного управління проєктами є стратегія проєкту. Побудовано схему складників стратегії проєкту на основі моделі 5 «Р» Мінцберга. Проаналізовані елементи стратегії проєкту за трьома «Р»: перспектива, позиція, план.Strategic project management is a promising area of research. It has been proven that project management teams need to learn to work with business aspects, better maintain business strategy and stability. To promote project management as a strategic activity with the clear goal of creating competitiveness for organizations, the concept of project strategy must be clear, defined, formulated, managed. It is also necessary to continue research on the perception of senior management in the implementation of the project strategy. This includes research into implementation problems, limitations and shortcomings of the project strategy. Another possible area of research is the study of the relationship between the sponsor's strategy and the project strategy, the study of whether it is always desirable to agree on a project strategy and business strategy.
