Висновки. Формальні та неформальні підходи до аналізу слідчої діяльності характеризуються наявністю як своїх переваг, так і відповідної методологічної обмеженості. Тож у практиці розслідування доціль-ним є узгоджене поєднання згаданих підходів, з огляду на умови їх релевантності та ефективного застосування. Такі умови визначаються логічною моделлю побудови стратегій слідчо-пошукового процесу, яка презентує динаміку його розгортання як хронологічної послідовності синхронізованих станів «картини» розслідуваних подій, що уможливлює не тільки змістовний, але й структурно-формальний їх аналіз. The purpose of the article consists in defining the conditions of rational combination of formal and informal aspects of logical analysis, aimed at the optimization of investigative strategies. Conclusions. Formal and informal approaches to logical analysis of investigative activity are characterized by the presence of both their advantages and the corresponding methodological limita-tions. Therefore, in the practice of investigation, a coordinated combination of mentioned approaches in accordance with the conditions of their relevance and effective application is appropriate.
