Для цього працівник органів досудового розслідування повинен бути спроможним чітко визначати, обмірковувати та виконувати професійні функції сфери діяльності. У зв’язку із реорганізаційними етапами у Національній поліції України виникає нагальна потреба уточнення й узагальнення функцій слідчого відповідно до нових законодавчих змін у державі. Тому автором визначені єдині та уніфіковані функції працівників слідства органів досудового розслідування з урахуванням чинного законодавства України та сфер діяльності: особистісної, соціальної та діяльнісної. Проаналізовано нормативно-правові акти, які визначать діяльність слідчого на предмет забезпечення груп функцій. This work deals with the current state of professional activity of investigators and the need to be at a high level meeting the requirements of modern information technologies, which are unstable and changeable. In this regard, the pre-trial investigation officer must be able to clearly define, reflect and perform the professional functions in the operative sphere. And in connection with the reorganization stages in the National Police of Ukraine, there is an urgent need to clarify and summarize the investigator’s functions according to the new legislative changes in the country. Therefore, the author defines the unified functions of the officers of the pretrial investigation bodies, taking into account the current legislation of Ukraine and the activity spheres: personal, social and activity-like.
