Стаття сконцентрована на аналізі методологічних праць, які опубліковані протягом останнього десятиліття – 2012–2022 років. Сконцентровується увага на трудовій сфері як найпоширенішому виду дискримінації особи. Вказано, що проблема дискримінації досліджувалася науковцями дуже давно, проте новітній аналіз досліджень демонструє оновлення методологічного інструментарію, розкриває нові вектори проблеми у сучасному глобалізованому суспільстві. Стереотипи, немотивовані уявлення про етнічні та національні меншини, корінні народи далі залишаються актуальним питанням сучасної юриспруденції. Проблема етнонаціональної політики держави має суттєве значення для державної безпеки та суспільного устрою. This article represents a review analysis of the research of scholars of the European school of law in the field of discrimination on ethnic and national grounds. The article is focused on the analysis of methodological works published during the last decade – 2012–2022. Attention is focused on the labor sphere as the most common type of discrimination against a person. It is indicated that the problem of discrimination has been studied by scientists for a long time, but the latest research analysis demonstrates the renewal of methodological tools, reveals new vectors of the problem in the modern globalized society. Stereotypes, unmotivated ideas about ethnic and national minorities, indigenous peoples continue to be a topical issue of modern jurisprudence.
