Автори проаналізували роботу Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції за останній час, національну та міжнародні правові бази, досвід зарубіжних країн в боротьбі з правопорушеннями, подібним тим які виявляються працівниками Агентства. Надаються пропозиції щодо внесення змін до національного законодавства України та полегшення роботи працівників Агентства у цій сфері. The article deals with the current issues in the cooperation with reporting persons concerning corruption (whistleblowers). The authors analyzed the work of the National agency on corruption prevention in the recent years, national and international legal framework, experience of foreign countries in the fight against offences similar to those investigated by the employees of the Agency.
