Автором досліджено основоположні міжнародні стандарти у сфері реалізації права на мирні зібрання, розглянуто цінність рішень Європейського суду з прав людини не лише як джерела права, а й вектору розвитку національного законодавства та судової практики. Висловлено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення правового регулювання права на мирні зібрання. The article deals with the analysis of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights according to the assurance of the right to peaceful assembly. The author studies the fundamental international standards in the sphere of realization of the right to peaceful assembly, examines the value of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights not only as sources of law, but also the vector of development of national legislation and court practice.
