Визначено, що актуальними стають питання забезпечення та відтворення чисельності видів природної флори та фауни, відновлення та збалансоване використання лісових ресурсів, водних ресурсів, а також відтворення родючості ґрунтів. Проаналізовано поняття «відтворення» природних ресурсів як на законодавчому, так і на науковому рівнях. Звернуто увагу на співвідношення понять «відтворення» та «відновлення» природних ресурсів. Встановлено, що відтворення природних ресурсів здійснюється відповідними способами, заходами, які регулюються нормативними актами. Визначено, що заходи та способи збереження, поновлення, відтворення природних ресурсів і природних об’єктів не повинні завдавати шкоди здоров’ю людини та довкіллю, а також не мають суперечити чинному законодавству. The article considers certain legal bases of reproduction of natural resources. It is determined that the issues of ensuring and reproducing the number of species of natural flora and fauna, restoration and balanced use of forest resources, water resources, as well as the restoration of soil fertility are becoming more relevant. The concept of “reproduction” of natural resources at both the legislative and scientific levels is analyzed. Attention is paid to the relationship between the concepts of “reproduction” and “restoration” of natural resources. It is established that the reproduction of natural resources is carried out in appropriate ways, measures regulated by regulations.
