Встановлено, що до предметів посягання при фальшивомонетництві належать такі: 1) підроблені грошові знаки (національна валюта України у вигляді банкнот чи металевих монет та іноземна валюта); 2) державні цінні папери (незалежно від форми їх випуску, тобто і документарні, і бездокументарні, що існують у формі облікового запису на рахунках у цінних паперах у системі депозитарного обліку цінних паперів); 3) білети державної лотереї; 4) марки акцизного податку; 5) голографічні захисні елементи. Проаналізовано криміналістично значущі ознаки фальшивомонетництва. The article is devoted to the consideration of the subject of criminal encroachment as an element of criminalistic characteristics of counterfeiting. It is established that the subjects of infringement with counterfeiting include: 1) counterfeit money (national currency of Ukraine in the form of banknotes or metal coins and foreign currency); 2) state securities (regardless of the form of their issue, that is, both documentary and nondocumentary, existing in the form of an account on securities accounts in the securities depository system); 3) state lottery tickets; 4) excise tax stamps; 5) the holographic protective elements. It analyzed forensically significant signs, in particular, that they are characterized by a certain size, contents of drawings and texts, color, and features of the printing methods and the implementation of separate parts of the drawings.
