The article is devoted to the study of the prospects of Europeanization of household waste management in Ukraine as a separate function of public administration. The author examines the extent to which this function of the public administration of Ukraine is aimed at the approval and enforcement of human rights and freedoms, as well as the realization of public interests of individuals.
