Надано визначення поняття конституційних прав особи в кримінальному провадженні. З урахуванням характеру суспільних відносин, які відображають конституційні права, здійснено їхню класифікацію, виокремлено систему конституційних прав особи під час проведення в її житлі чи іншому володінні слідчих (розшукових) дій. The issue of human rights and freedom in criminal proceedings is investigated, identified accomplice in criminal proceedings, who are bearers of the rights during investigative actions, as well as normative framework for ensuring fundamental constitutional rights. The definition of constitutional rights of individual is given.
