Підкреслено, що інші елементи криміналістичної характеристики (предмет злочинного посягання, спосіб злочину, його слідова картина) завжди пов’язані з особистісними ознаками особи злочинця та закономірностями його поведінки. In the article has been stated that the central element of the forensic characteristics of the creation, leadership of a criminal community or criminal organization, as well as participation in it, is the identity of the offender.
