Констатовано, що на сучасному перехідному етапі розвитку та впровадження земельної реформи в Україні найважливішим завданням залишається проблема реформування відносин у сфері земельної власності. У зв'язку з цим найбільшої актуальності набуває питання про можливість і доцільність запро- вадження тих чи інших форм власності на землю, так як різні форми земельної власності здатні вплинути на земельні відносини, покращуючи їх зміст або перешкоджаючи їх розвитку. The scientific article is devoted to the study and comprehensive analysis of the evolution of the concept of "land use rights" and "land ownership" in retrospect. It is stated that at the current transitional stage of development and implementation of land reform in Ukraine the most important task is the problem of reforming relations in the field of land ownership.
