Проаналізовані оферта та акцепт за договорами даного виду. Встановлено, що договір купівлі-продажу земельної ділянки для суспільних потреб вважається укладеним з моменту його нотаріального посвідчення, а право власності на земельну ділянку виникає з моменту його державної реєстрації. The general features of conclusion of land plot sale-and purchase agreement for public purposes are analyzed in this article. The offer and the accept under the agreements of this kind are searched.
