У роботі представлено низку висновків і рекомендацій, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності діяльності органів досудового розслідування з розслідування вказаної категорії кримінальних правопорушень. Здійснено узагальнення змісту дисертаційних та монографічних досліджень як вітчизняних, так і закордонних науковців, а також досліджень, викладених у посібниках, методичних рекомендаціях й наукових статтях, присвячених цій проблематиці. На основі результатів опитування практичних працівників виокремлено пріоритетну тематику подальших наукових розроблень за різними аспектами дисертаційної роботи. The dissertation is a comprehensive study devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of the investigation of the involvement of minors in illegal activities related to narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues. The work presents a number of conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of pretrial investigation bodies in the investigation of the specified category of criminal offenses. The content of dissertation and monographic studies of both domestic and foreign scientists, as well as studies presented in manuals, methodical recommendations and scientific articles devoted to this issue, has been summarized.
