Надаємо інформацію про стан наукового дослідження даного питання, а також різні тлумачення «прокуратури» у розумінні науковців, одне із них: «прокуратура – це організаційно самостійна державна інституція, яка при виконанні своїх повноважень активно взаємодіє з усіма гілками державної влади і є важливим елементом у забезпеченні балансу між ними». Також хотілося б наголосити на тому що, в Україні активно відбувались і надалі відбуваються евроінтеграційні процеси, які спровокували зміни в гілках влади, у т. ч. в діяльності судових і правоохоронних органів. На основі статті можна порівняти, які ж ідеї поділу влади виникали у Європі. The article examines the nature of the prosecutor’s office, the place and role of the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office. We provide information about the state of scientific research of this issue, as well as various interpretations of the “prosecutor’s office” in the understanding of scientists, one of them: “the prosecutor’s office is an organizationally independent state institution, which in the performance of its powers actively interacts with all branches of state power and is an important element in ensuring a balance between them”. I would also like to emphasize that, in Ukraine, the European integration processes that provoked changes in the branches of power, including in the activity of the judicial and law enforcement bodies, actively took place and continue to take place.
