Зазначається, що для України найбільш важливим є позитивний досвід таких країн, як Велика Британія, США, ФРН, де рівень довіри є одним із найвищих. Серед прикладів позитивного досвіду виділяються такі: відкритість, прозорість судової системи, незалежність суддів, рівність усіх перед законом, повага до суду, підвищення рівня компетенції і комунікації суддів, ініціатива судів у спілкуванні із громадськістю й ЗМІ. The scientific publication examines the foreign experience of forming and maintaining public trust in the judiciary. It is noted that for Ukraine the most important is the positive experience of such countries as Great Britain, USA, FRG, where the level of trust is one of the highest.
