Також зазначено основні групи причин та умов, що сприяли їх вчиненню. An author examines the questions of the legal providing of observance of military discipline and legality in the internal troops of MVD of Ukraine, which from March, 2014 pass procedure of reorganization in national household troops. On the basis of analysis of the state of discipline and legality in internal troops it is indicated an author on the basic types of violations of military discipline, extraordinary incidents and crimes, accomplished servicemen.
