Висвітлено причини виникнення демократичних інновацій та їх роль у залученні громадян до процесу прийняття державних рішень. Розглянуто основні види демократичних інновацій в світі. Визначено найважливіші демократичні інновації, що було запроваджено в незалежній Україні, розкрито передумови їх появи та нормативно-правове регламентування. Припущено, що запровадження демократичних інновацій може суттєво впливати на методологію дослідження фінансів громадянського суспільства. The existing of developed civil society is impossible without democracy and the constitutional state. Therefore, democratic innovations are inherent for it. Democratic innovations significantly change the conditions of functioning of the institutions of the civil society and affect the methodology of the study of civil society finances. Thus, it is important to explore democratic innovations, identify their essence and points of "touch" with civil society. This will allow to understand their impact not only on the activities of civil society institutions, but perspectively on the methodology of investigation of the finances of the civil society.uk-UAArticle
