Первинно використання сучасних технологій у межах правозастосовної діяльності НАЗК, прослідковується у повноваженнях щодо адміністрування реєстрів, які спрямовані на запобігання та протидію корупції – Єдиного державного реєстру декларацій осіб, уповноважених на виконання функцій держави або місцевого самоврядування, Єдиного державного реєстру осіб, які вчинили корупційні або пов’язані з корупцією правопорушення та Єдиного державного реєстру звітності політичних партій про майно, доходи, витрати і зобов’язання фінансового характеру. The compliance of NAPC activities with regard to the administration of registers has been proved to be in line with the principles of digital development.
