Розгляд проблеми організаційно-правового забезпечення управління будь-якої сфери існування соціуму має велике теоретичне та практичне значення. Від того, на рівні якого нормативно-правового акта визначено правовий статус органу управління такою галуззю суспільного життя, як цивільна авіація, значно залежить значущість державного органу в механізмі виконавчої влади. In the article the author considers and analyzes normative-legal acts of the power concerning a problem of establishment of the legal status of body of the state regulation by civil aviation during independence of Ukraine and also necessity of establishment of the legal status by the legislative body of the state. Consideration of the problem of organizational and legal management of any sphere of existence of society is of great theoretical and practical importance.
