Узагальнено зарубіжний досвід забезпечення екологічної безпеки держави й опрацьовано можливості його використання в Україні. Обґрунтовано, що значення управління у сфері забезпечення екологічної безпеки держави проявляється у таких аспектах: організаційному (визначає зміст механізму адміністративно-правого регулювання), нормативному (створює потреби й умови для формування та реалізації адміністративно-правових норм), регуляційному (регулює виникнення, розвиток і припинення правовідносин), забезпечувальному (створює умови для охорони й захисту екологічних прав і свобод людини, інтересів суспільства та держави). The article is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal bases of management in the field of ensuring ecological safety of the state. The foreign experience of ensuring the ecological safety of the state is generalized and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine are worked out.
