Досліджуються причини виникнення недоліків їх упровадження. Визначаються та наводяться співвідношення зазначених принципів із такою категорією, як правова безпека держави, надається її відповідне визначення. Напрацьовано пропозиції щодо напрямів і механізмів усунення існуючих недоліків ефективного функціонування згаданих принципів, а також забезпечення правової безпеки держави. The article analyzes the effect and effectiveness of the generally recognized legal principles on the social life in Ukraine. The causes of the disadvantages of their implementation are investigated. The ratio of these principles with such a category as the legal security of the state is determined and presented, and its corresponding definition is given.
