Для цього розглянуто праці вітчизняних науковців щодо змістовного наповнення самого поняття «фінансове право». Проаналізувавши всю систему фінансового права, від первинних структурних елементів до її більш комплексних категорій (аналіз як норм фінансового права, так і його інститутів та підгалузей), автор пропонує підходи до визначення співвідношення матеріального та процесуального у галузі фінансового права. The article examines all the integrative components of such legal education as a branch of law. For this purpose, the works of domestic scientists concerning the content of the very concept of “financial law” are analyzed.
