Визначено стан дослідженості цієї проблеми в соціальній психології. Встановлено, що структура групи залежно від стилю лідерства істотно не впливає на соціально-психологічний клімат, проте є одним із важливих чинників соціальної взаємодії. Висвітлено сутність поняття лідерства та його функції.The research is dedicated to the study of the leadership styles’ influence on the socio-psychological climate between teenagers. The study level of the problem is analyzed. The structure of the group depends on the style of leadership and doesn’t influence on the socio-psychological climate of the group, but it is one of the important factors. The main types of leadership are described.
