Автором також підкреслена важливість вирішення цієї проблеми з позицій права в аспекті суспільного дисонансу проблеми домашнього насильства. The article highlights the novels of the Law of Ukraine “About the Prevention and Counteraction of Domestic Violence”, there is given a list of sections and articles of the new law, and identified changes to legal liability in the event of offenses in the context of this law.
