The article is intended for the study of theoretical aspects of systematization of the laws and highlighting the peculiarities of systematization of the laws in the field of defense of Ukraine. The need to unify and systematize the laws in the field of defense with the aim of harmonizing it with the laws of NATO and the EU member states has been substantiated.
