Окреслено комплекс проблем теоретичного та прикладного характеру, які обумовлені недостатньою науковою розробкою передумов взаємодії слідчого й оперативного працівника органів внутрішніх справ у розкритті та розслідуванні злочинів. З’ясовано значення досвіду взаємодії слідчого й оперативного працівника органів внутрішніх справ у розкритті та розслідуванні злочинів для розвитку науки та вдосконалення практики у даній сфері. Визначено, що одним із перспективних напрямів подальших розвідок з питань взаємодії є проведення аналізу, що відобразить зв’язок передумов взаємодії слідчого й оперативного працівника органів внутрішніх справ з вихідними положеннями теорії взаємодії.
