Виокремлено стадії адміністративного провадження по здійсненню контролю за дотримання трудового законодавства в сфері харчування: 1. стадія звернення суб’єкта заявника, тобто працівника/посадової особи/суду/уповноваженого суб’єкта публічної адміністрації, який вважає, що трудові права в сфері харчування порушено; 2. стадія прийняття рішення уповноваженим суб’єктом про здійснення перевірки суб’єкта господарювання за дотримання трудового законодавства в сфері харчування; 3. стадія проведення інспекційного відвідування, тобто безпосередньо визначення дати та часу проведення контрольної перевірки; 4. стадія складення акту перевірки та винесення припису; 5. стадія – оскарження прийнятого рішення; 6. стадія є факультативною та має назву здійснення пост-контрольних заходів. This scientific article examines the essence and stages of administrative proceedings to monitor compliance with labor legislation in the food sector. The stages of administrative proceedings for monitoring compliance with labor legislation in the food sector are distinguished: 1. the stage of an appeal by the subject of the applicant, i.e. an employee/official/court/authorized subject of public administration, who believes that labor rights in the field of food are violated; 2. the stage of decision-making by the authorized subject to conduct an inspection of the business entity for compliance with labor legislation in the food sector; 3. the stage of the inspection visit, i.e. direct determination of the date and time of the inspection; 4. the stage of drawing up the inspection report and issuing the order; 5. stage – appeal of the adopted decision; 6. stage is optional and has the name implementation of post-control measures.uk-UAArticle
