Обґрунтовано, що більшістю науковців лише фрагментарно висвітлено певні шляхи покращення соціального захисту цієї категорії осіб. Наголошено, що процес децентралізації дасть змогу розширити доступ осіб, які перебувають у складних життєвих обставинах і потребують сторонньої допомоги та соціальних послуг, а також враховувати потреби в соціальних послугах і місцеві особливості їх надання тощо. The article explores scientific approaches to improving social protection of family, childhood, motherhood and paternity in Ukraine. It is substantiated that the overwhelming majority of scientists are only fragmentary about certain ways of improving the social protection of this category of persons.
