З огляду на положення чинного законодавства України висвітлюються особливості, притаманні нормативній регламентації прав дитини. Зважаючи на те, що в Україні на нормативному рівні не визначено значення категорії «права дитини», пропонується авторський варіант відповідного поняття. Обґрунтовується думка, що перспективним напрямом вдосконалення нормативно-правового забезпечення прав дитини є розробка основ законодавчої регламентації прав дитини як учасника інформаційних відносин в мережі Інтернет. The article highlights the aspects that characterize the regulatory framework of the existing rights of the child in Ukraine system. Taking into account the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine, the features that are inherent in the regulatory regulation of the rights of the child are disclosed. Due to the fact that in Ukraine, at the normative level, not specifically to “children’s rights” category offers original version of the relevant concepts.
