Резюмовано, що Стамбульська конвенція є безпрецедентним та системним за своїми цілями та обсягом регулювання міжнародно-правовим актом, що спрямований на комплексне запобігання і протидію насильству стосовно жінок та домашньому насильству не лише в рамках діяльності Ради Європи, але й загалом на загальноєвропейському цивілізаційному рівні. The paper is devoted to the study of the current model for combating and preventing violence against women and domestic violence, adopted and implemented in the framework of the Council of Europe through the prism of the Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (Istanbul Convention).
