Automotive industry is the important part of the national economy. But nowadays Ukrainian automotive industry operates in the conditions of shortage of the human resources. Work in the automotive industry seems unattractive to young people. Automakers also point to the inconsistency of the initial professional training of the young specialists with the requirements for vacancies. In such circumstances, the dual form of education is an opportunity to improve the quality of the training of specialists for the automotive industry.uk-UAArticle
