В свою чергу правоохоронні органи як державна виконавча ланка влади є спрямована на виконання даних функцій, а саме забезпечення стану законності й правопорядку, захисту прав, свобод та інтересів громадян, суспільства і держави, а також на реалізацію інших законодавчо визначених функцій держави. Ефективне функціонування держави неможливе без створення сприятливих умов для діяльності правоохоронних органів. Один із чинників, що забезпечує ефективне функціонування правоохоронних органів виступає належне забезпечення захисту життя і здоров’я даних працівників. In turn, law enforcement agencies as the state executive branch of power are aimed at performing these functions, namely ensuring the state of legality and law and order, protecting the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens, society and the state, as well as the implementation of other legally defined functions of the state. Effective functioning of the state is impossible without creating favorable conditions for the activities of law enforcement agencies.
