З’ясовано сучасний зміст категорії «принципи правозастосовної діяльності» в контексті функціонування судової влади. Встановлено, що принципи правозастосовної діяльності органів судової влади мають подвійну природу, оскільки є і частиною принципів публічної діяльності суб’єктів влади усіх рівнів, і частиною загальних принципів права, на яких ця діяльність вибудовується. Принципи правозастосовної діяльності органів судової влади займають самостійну нішу в багаторівневій системі принципів судової діяльності, які, своєю чергою, витікають із загальних принципів права, оскільки відправлення правосуддя як специфічна функція держави об’єктивно відбувається на правових постулатах, ідеях, що відображають сучасний рівень суспільства. The article explores the theoretical issues of the principles of law enforcement activities of the judiciary in Ukraine. The contemporary content of the category of principles of law enforcement activity in the context of the functioning of the judiciary has been clarified. It is established that the principles of law enforcement activity of the judiciary are of a dual nature, as they are both part of the principles of public activity of the authorities of all levels, and part of the general principles of law on which this activity is based.
